“putin ordered the troops of ‘chemical defense’ to enter the territory of the Kherson region. Officially, this is being done to eliminate the consequences of the disaster at the Kakhovka HPP. But the chemical troops are not designed to perform such tasks,” the statement says.

It is noted that the real purpose of deploying chemical troops may be to prepare provocations at the Crimean Titan chemical plant.
