The russian army can use special demolition teams to arrange new man-made disasters, Natalya Humenyuk, head of the joint press center of the “South” operational command, was cited as saying by ukrinform.net.

“It is necessary to understand that they [russians – UT] are now driven to a certain degree of desperation and can use subversive teams in order to create such man-made disasters. This is taken into account and we are working on this,” Humenyuk said.

She emphasized that the favorite slogan of russians – “we can repeat” – also works in the sense of man-made disasters blackmail.

“We remember that they also blackmailed the Zaporizhzhia NPP, then the Kakhovka Dam and the Crimean Titan. Now they are also trying to blackmail and show interest in other hydro-technical structures in our region,” Humenyuk added.
