russia’s missile attack on the center of Chernihiv is terror in its most horrific form, deputy head of the Ukrainian mission to the OSCE Victoria Kuvshynnikova was cited as saying ukrinform.net.

“Every day, russia kills people and destroys critical infrastructure in Ukraine. Yesterday there was another terrible attack. russia hit the densely populated area of Chernihiv with three missiles. At least 18 people were killed and another 78 were injured. This is terror at its worst. Only one of many cases,” she said.

Kuvshynnikova pointed out that only 3% of russian missiles, drones, and guided bombs hit military targets, while 97% of them hit civilian infrastructure.

“russian propagandists do not hide their intentions, openly stating that their goal is to make Ukrainian cities uninhabitable. In addition to missiles and drones, russians are massively dropping guided aerial bombs on Kharkiv, Sumy and other areas and settlements along the front line,” Kuvshynnikova said.

She emphasized that Ukraine needs additional air defense systems to counter russian terror.
