Twenty-eight settlements remain flooded in Kherson region after ruscists blew up the Kakhovka HPP.

“As of June 17, eleven settlements [1,509 houses] on the right bank of the Dnipro River and 17 settlements in the temporarily occupied territory remain flooded,” the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said in a statement.

A total of 2,782 people have been evacuated in Kherson region; 716 people have been rescued, including 30 children and 40 people with reduced mobility. Psychological assistance has been provided to 401 persons.
