Ukrzaliznytsia and DHL Global Forwarding will develop China-Europe container rail transportation and plan to introduce new international routes, uz.gov.ua reported.

The Chairman of the Board of Ukrzaliznytsia also announced that a powerful logistics center for DHL cargo would be established on the basis of the Lisky Transport Service Center branch in Kyiv. Ukrzaliznytsia has committed itself to simplify customs procedures through the territory of Ukraine and to ensure compliance with the train schedule. DHL will continue to develop the railway expedition with the main focus on the transport corridor China – Ukraine – European countries and vice versa.

In addition, the parties will exchange relevant information, work on improving tariff policy to make transportation more attractive to customers, experience in the development of transport logistics and infrastructure, and more.
