On September 12, russian forces began carrying out mass attacks on civilian vehicles in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, resulting in deaths and injuries. This was reported by the Kramatorsk City Council.

According to the report, three strikes on civilian vehicles in the city center were recorded during the first half of the day alone. Two struck vehicles that were moving, while another hit cars parked near a store.

At 11:10 a.m., a russian drone struck a civilian vehicle. A man born in 1980 was killed, and a woman born in 1983 was injured.

At 12:15 p.m., parked cars near a store were hit. A man born in 1941 was killed. A woman born in 1965 and a man born in 1985 were injured. This was again an FPV drone attack.

At 12:30 p.m., the russians launched another drone strike, practically at the same location as the first one. A woman born in 1979 was killed, and a man born in 1974 was injured. The victims received the necessary medical assistance.

“These are not military targets. These are ordinary civilian vehicles… russian forces are once again demonstrating that civilians are a target for them. This is yet another crime against humanity, for which those responsible must inevitably be held accountable,” the city council emphasized.
