North Korea has already sent one and a half million artillery shells to russia, the deputy head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine [GUR], Major General Vadym Skibitskyi, said in an interview wit interfax.com.ua.

“How can North Korea benefit from that? It gives old ammunition, asks to increase production on their territory, and asks for certain technologies, in particular missile technologies, technologies for the production of submarines, to develop its own defense and industrial complex,” Skibitsky said.

According to the GUR assessment, the russians promised to provide certain additional technologies in order for North Korea to improve its weapons.
