“External governance” narrative is actively promoted by russian stooges in Ukraine

According to the recent study by Democratic Initiatives Foundation-Фонд “Демократичні Ініціативи”, 45% of Ukrainians think that working with IMF puts the country under “external governance”.
“Extenal governance” is actively and constantly promoted not only by russian high ranking political actors, but by pro-russian forces in Ukraine as well.
The main danger of this narrative is that it sows discord into Ukraine’s relations with its international partners, which is kremlin’s goal.
