Ex-Commander EUCOM General Ben Hodges says he does not agree with the policy of restrictions on supplies of weapons to Ukraine, ghall.com.ua reported.

“I will support giving Ukraine everything it needs to win. I do not agree with the policy of not providing aviation. Ukrainians know what to do, they learn quickly and adapt quickly. I do not accept any exceptions or explanations why this is not being done [no aviation supplies – UT]. I hope that this policy will change,” said the former commander of the US Army in Europe.

According to him, the provision of aviation will certainly affect the war. “More aircraft will allow Ukraine to attack logistics and command posts, which are used by the russians to operate artillery and launch missiles, ” summed up Hodges.
