AccorHotels is entering Ukrainian market

France-based international hotel operator Accor Group has signed an agreement to enter the Ukrainian market with a Swissotel Living hotel in central Kyiv. The new hotel is set to open in the city’s Pechersk district in 2021-2022. It will be located inside an existing historic building that will undergo a complete renovation. Following conversion, the property will serve as an aparthotel aimed at long and medium-term accommodation, with 58 rooms in total.

Accor Group is the latest international hotel chain to enter the Ukrainian market as the country benefits from a rising international profile and growing numbers of visitors thanks to the recent arrival of numerous low-cost airlines.
