Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said that the United States of America does not have a strategy for what to do with russia in an interview with unian.ua.
“There is a strategy for what they are doing in Ukraine. There is no strategy for what to do with russia,” Kuleba said.
“What should happen to russia in order for Ukraine to win? And here, in this zone, neither Washington, nor Berlin, nor Paris, nor many other capitals are seriously approaching this question. Only the russian people can change this system. This is true. But what factors should lead the russian people to a decision to change – it depends not only on the russian people,” Kuleba said.
