MBDA, Europe’s leader in complex weapon systems, and Ukrainian Armor have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and opened talks on a strategic partnership.
Under the agreement the partners will explore joint initiatives, exchange technical knowledge, and pursue collaborative projects. Officials said the initial cooperation will prioritize innovation and value creation in deep strike and counter‑unmanned aerial systems (C‑UAS) technologies. They noted both capability areas are vital to maintaining operational superiority in high‑intensity conflicts.
The partners plan to share technological expertise, pursue joint production programs, and implement innovative solutions to bolster battlefield effectiveness. The companies indicated these steps are intended to pave the way for a potential joint venture.
