According to the investigation, russian militaries fired on a children’s health camp in the Chuhuiv district, damaging three buildings of the institution.

“The scene was inspected by prosecutors of the Chuhuiv District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv Region together with investigators of the Chuhuiv District Police Department of the GUNP in the Kharkiv Region,” the statement says.

Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
