On the morning of March 27, russian forces struck a children’s hospital in Kherson using a “Molniya”-type drone, according to Ukraine’s National Police.
Police reports indicate that the enemy drone flew through a hospital window but failed to detonate. There were no casualties from this attack. However, over the past 24 hours, russian forces shelled dozens of settlements across Kherson region, resulting in at least one fatality.
This is yet another instance of russian forces deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure, including medical facilities, in violation of international humanitarian law.
