Poroshenko called on the world to immediately exclude russia from the UN and recognize it as a state sponsor of terrorism. He also emphasized that in response to missile attacks against Ukrainian cities, allies should provide the Ukrainian army with anti-aircraft systems, anti-missile and anti-aircraft defense systems, anti-drone equipment and other powerful weapons. Poroshenko also called for an accelerated regime to grant Ukraine membership in NATO.

“This was not only russian attack, but also of Belarus, from which territory it was also launched. And also Iran, because russia uses Iranian Shahed-136 drones, which kill Ukrainians. We already have more than 10 dead and about 60 wounded civilians. Here, in the center of the city, there is not a single military facility,” Poroshenko noted.
