Ukrainian intelligence has information about the enemy’s creation of battalions from Ukrainian prisoners of war. This was stated at a press conference at Ukrinform by Andrii Pasternak, head of the Joint Center for Coordination of the Search and Release of Prisoners of War and Unlawfully Detained Persons as a Result of Aggression against Ukraine, operating under the Security Service of Ukraine.
“We are aware of such battalions. Together with my colleagues from the Foreign Intelligence Service and military intelligence, we are tracking and documenting this. Such facts exist,” said Pasternak.
