The Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, commented on the government’s decision to allow russian planes to fly over its territory, which will carry a delegation to participate in the OSCE meeting, libertas.mk reported.

Osmani said that he is against the arrival of the head of the russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, in North Macedonia. “But Lavrov is not coming on a bilateral visit, but to the country where the OSCE meeting will take place,” he said.

For now, the arrival of the head of russian diplomacy, Sergey Lavrov, at the OSCE Ministerial Council from November 29 to December 1 in Skopje remains uncertain.
