Estonian transport networking startup Bolt (formerly Taxify) has announced plans to launch the Bolt Food delivery service in Ukraine in 2020. The company, which began taxi services in Ukraine in 2016, plans to capitalize on growing demand for home delivery services in Ukraine following the launch of similar food services in recent months by Uber and others.
The first Bolt Food service is set to begin work in the company’s home town of Tallinn later in 2019, with Ukraine among a number of countries penciled in for expansion plans during the coming year.
