25 companies added to international sponsors of war list – NACP

Twenty five of the world’s leading companies were added to the list of international war sponsors since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of the russian terrorist state in Ukraine, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) said in a statement.

“Those companies pay taxes in russia and finance the murders of Ukrainians. In addition, russian subsidiaries of foreign companies are managed by russians who, for the most part, publicly support the war against Ukraine.

The goal of the NACP is to make it reputationally unprofitable for such companies to cooperate with the aggressor. All companies listed as international war sponsors are included in World-Check, a well-known database of high-risk individuals and organizations used worldwide to identify and manage financial, regulatory, and reputational risks. This database is used by international investors and other companies. Therefore, when the NACP adds a company to the list, it is automatically displayed in the database in red. Thus, whoever wants to cooperate with such a company sees that it is very risky in terms of reputation and finances.

Some well-known companies, after being included in the list of sponsors of the war, have already stated that this directly affected their economic indicators.
