In Berdyansk, russians extrajudicially executed two Ukrainian teenagers – Tigran Ohannisyan and Mykyta Hanganov, Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, was cited as saying by censor.net.

“At the moment, the only thing we know is that the boys died. According to my information, it was an execution and maybe it was some kind of staging to justify the actions of russian troops,” he added.

Lubinets reported that there was also an immediate appeal to the ICRC, but it was stated that they do not have access to the russian occupied Berdyansk, so they will not be able to fulfill their mandate.

The russians did not give the bodies of the dead boys to their relatives, Lubinets said.
