The russian occupation troops are imitating air combat above the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone to produce fake news, the State Agency of Ukraine on Exclusion Zone Management said in a statement.

“Right now they are imitating air combat above the Chornobyl zone. We have information about preparations for producing provocative news for the global mass media, claiming that Ukraine is shooting occupiers in Chornobyl above the dangerous objects. There are no Ukrainian troops in Chornobyl. Ukraine does not conduct military operations in Chornobyl,” the report states.

The radiation levels within the Chornobyl zone increased due to the movement of the russian aggressors and their vehicles and tanks.
