russian leader vladimir putin has awarded a honorary title of ‘Guards’ to the 64th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade, which committed the mass killings of civilians in Bucha, Kyiv Region, ukrinform.net reported.
The relevant decree was published on the russian official portal of legal information, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to the decree, the brigade was honored for the “mass heroism and valor, tenacity, and courage shown by the personnel in hostilities for the defense of the motherland and state interests during armed conflicts”.
