In the Lyman direction, russian troops attempted to destroy a Ukrainian unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) with an FPV drone, but thanks to the operator’s maneuver, the system was saved. This was reported by the 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Mstyslav the Brave.
After completing another logistics mission, the crew of the unmanned ground systems company of the “MARA” battalion spotted an enemy FPV drone heading straight for the UGV. The operator, with the call sign “Kas,” calmly paused and executed the maneuver at the last moment before impact, when the enemy no longer expected a change in trajectory.
Thanks to this, they managed to avoid being hit, preserve the system, and successfully return it to the starting position.
