Latvia has notified the Council of Europe of its intention to join the Partial Expanded Agreement on the Management Committee of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine, in order to be among its founding states.
This step will facilitate the launch of the Special Tribunal’s operations.
