The claims of the Naftogaz – national oil and gas giant – to the russian Gazprom in the framework of new proceedings launched by the Stockholm Arbitration on revising the gas transit tariff have already exceeded US$12 billion.
“We will win a new arbitration. Our claims have already exceeded $12 billion. Maybe we will not win everything, but provoding that there will be no obstructions from within Ukraine, we will win significant sums,” Naftogaz Chief Commercial Officer Yuriy Vitrenko wrote on Facebook Monday, November 5.
Naftogaz wants to revise the gas transit tariff for russia from March 2018 to the end of 2019.
