A mural with the image of Hero of Ukraine Oleksandr Matsievskyi appeared on the territory of the Rivne patrol police department. The patrol police of the Rivne region said in a statement.
“The strong-willed act of Ukrainian military officer Oleksandr Matsievskyi, who uttered “Glory to Ukraine!” moments before his death, shook the whole world. He became a symbol of the Ukrainian people’s resistance to the invaders. The Rivne patrols decided to immortalize the memory of the soldier,” the message reads.
The author of the mural is the local artist Kostyantyn Kachanovskyi.
