Kyiv region: at least 1,222 killed as a result of russian aggression

Ukrainian law enforcement officers have already identified 1,222 people killed in Kyiv region as a result of russian aggression, according to the Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova, news.sky.com reports.

“As of this morning (April 10), we have already counted 1,222 deaths in Kyiv region alone,” Venediktova said.

According to Prosecutor General, law enforcement officers have opened 5,600 criminal proceedings over russian war crimes in Ukraine, and 500 suspects have been already identified.

As reported earlier, the bodies of 132 civilians killed by russians were found in the village of Makariv in Kyiv region.
