France, Hungary and Bulgaria are blocking EU sanctions against russian nuclear sector, including russia’s Rosatom, pap.pl reported.

The biggest advocate of nuclear energy cooperation with Rosatom is France, Hungary is the loudest, while Bulgaria also cites concerns, according to sources.
