A total of 46 settlements have been liberated in Kherson Region but remain under continuous enemy fire, the Kherson Regional Military Administration Acting Head Dmytro Butrii said during an online briefing, ukrinform.net reported.
“In Kherson Region, a total of 46 settlements have already been de-occupied… Indeed, there are villages which have been ruined practically at 90%… They remain under continuous enemy fire. The lion’s share of the population left them,” Butrii told.
In his words, power grids, water and gas supply systems were destroyed.
