Ukraine-founded royalty-free content marketplace Depositphotos has become a part of Cimpress.

Cimpress’ subsidiary VistaPrint bought Depositphotos for USD 85m, Depositphotos CEO Vadim Nekhai said in a Facebook post.

As a result of the deal, Depositphotos and Crello, which will change its name to VistaCreate, will have significantly more resources that will be invested in the development of technologies, products, promotion in the markets of North America and Europe.
