Two russian cruise missiles on Monday, April 25, flew in critical proximity over the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant, the press service of Energoatom said in a statement.

“Today, April 25, 2022, at 08:10, two cruise missiles fired by the russian military were detected over the cooling pond of the Khmelnytsky NPP, probably in the direction of the cities of Rivne or Zdolbuniv,” the report says.

It is noted that the russian armed forces are again thoughtlessly shelling the territory of Ukraine, releasing cruise and other strategic-tactical missiles in the most critical proximity to nuclear facilities.

“This is another act of nuclear terrorism, which has been increasing since the beginning of russia’s military aggression against Ukraine,” Energoatom stressed.

They emphasized that russian aggression in Ukraine must be stopped as soon as possible. After all, the whole world is in danger, under the threat of another nuclear catastrophe.

As reported earlier, russians had attacked five railway stations in the center and west of Ukraine on morning of April 25.
