Kyiv Oblast Police Chief Andriy Nebytov said that 1,346 civilians were found dead in the Kyiv region after the russian retreat.

He also mentioned that about 300 people are still missing, underscoring that the current civilian death count isn’t final.

“To date, 1,346 bodies of killed civilians have been found,” Kyiv Oblast Police Chief said on the air of the nationwide telethon.

Most of them were killed with firearms, he noted.

“I can say that this is not the final figure because every day we work and, unfortunately, we find more and more bodies of buried people, temporarily buried at the positions where the army of the russian federation was stationed,” Nebytov explained.
