“The video footage of the barbaric execution of the Ukrainian defender by the russians stops the blood in the veins… With its atrocities against the Ukrainians, Russia shows its attitude toward the entire civilized world,” the mayor of the city, Vitaliy Klitschko, said in a statement.
The world must finally realize what the “face” of the russian aggressor is and react accordingly, he added. “Because russia does such horror wherever it moves. The beast must be stopped and punished, not pacified!”
