A resident of the Belgorod region of the russian federation spoke about her desire to torture Ukrainian children who were kidnapped from Ukraine and brought to russia, according to an intercept published by the Security Service of Ukraine.

The reason for such hatred was the refusal of young Ukrainians to draw “patriotic” symbols “for Victory Day” at a local school.
