russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov unveiled yet another version of the justification of war with Ukraine in kremlin doublespeak.

“The goal of russia’s special military operation is to stop any war that could take place on Ukrainian territory or that could start from there,” Lavrov said in a Twitter post.

Previously, Lavrov justified the war by the necessity to “liberate Ukrainians from oppression” and a little later to “identify specific types of strike weapons” in Ukraine.
