US Trump said he exchanged “pretty strong words” with European leaders during a phone call on Ukraine, sky.com reported.
Asked further about what Zelenskyy wants from a potential meeting, Trump pivoted and spoke about the elections in Ukraine.“I do wonder about how long is it going to be until they have an election.” Trump also suggested that, according to a poll which he didn’t cite, “82% of the people are demanding a settlement to be made – Ukrainian people.”
