Slovak Foreign Minister Juraj Blanar believes that resolving russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine requires re-establishing communication with moscow.
“We need to find some way of cooperation and perhaps even forgiveness for everything that happened,” Blanar said on Slovak broadcaster STVR.
This is our position, he added.
