Schroeder is a foreign body in German society and hopefully soon in the SPD as well, the Ukrainian ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk said in an interview with bild.de.

“I cannot understand that this party has so much patience with someone who damages the image and reputation of the SPD and the Federal Republic so massively. Schroeder is the epitome of political venality. No one can expect to come to their senses or leave the SPD voluntarily,” Melnyk said.One thing is clear: as long as Schroeder is a member of the SPD, this party cannot act credibly against putin’s russia, he added.
