russian forces have damaged a power line that supplies power to the Chornobyl nuclear power plant again, Ukraine’s national energy company Ukrenergo reported.

The line that supplies power to the Chornobyl nuclear power plant and the town of Slavutych was again damaged by the occupiers after the Ukrenergo crew repaired it, the statement said. Ukrenergo emphasized that the Chornobyl NPP is an important facility that cannot be left without a reliable energy supply, because it can cause another disaster.

At the same time, according to Ukraine’s National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom, russians plan to blow up ammunition at the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant.

“In the coming hour, the occupiers who captured the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant plan to begin ‘disposal’ of ammunition right on the site of the plant near the ruins of the ZNPP’s research center. It is planned to blow up ammunition near power unit No. 1,” the statement said.
