Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty identified the russian family from an intercept published by the Security Service of Ukraine. As reported, the wife of the russian serviceman complained that Ukrainian children, which were kidnapped in Ukraine and relocated to russia, didn’t want to celebrate “Victory Day”. The woman described to her man in detail how she would torture them, cutting off their genitalia, ears and fingers. The conversation took place on the morning of April 29, the intercept was published on May 11.
Julia’s page linked to the phone number from which the conversation took place is not active on the social media. But journalists managed to find her photo and find out what she does.
Yulia Kopytova [Tsygankova] is 30 years old. She is from the village of Przhevalskoye, Smolensk region. She also does not show her life on social networks. However, her relatives are actively doing it for her.
