90% of prisoners of war are subjected to physical and psychological torture, as evidenced by the screening of those who returned from russian captivity, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin was cited as saying by ukrinform.net.

“The first screening – an informal conversation with prisoners of war who are now returning, shows that up to 90% of our people suffered from various types of torture, inhumane treatment, including physical, sexual and psychological violence,” he said.
