At around 22:40 on October 13, russia launched a ballistic missile attack on Ukraine’s capital. The number and type of missiles are still being determined. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force
“The situation is similar to yesterday’s: no information was received from partners about launches from enemy territory. The reasons are being investigated.
The enemy is treacherously striking civilians with ballistic missiles, and further attacks cannot be ruled out. Stay alert!”
According to a statement of Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, there were 21 casualties in the Desnyansky District. “Among them was an 8-year-old child. Medical personnel hospitalized 16 of the injured. Four of the victims are in critical condition. One person was killed.”
