Another body of Ukrainian tortured to death by ruscists discovered outside Kyiv

Ukraine’s police discovered another body of a civilian tortured by ruscists during the occupation of parts of Kyiv region, Kyiv Police Department chief Andrii Nebytov said in a statement.

“The occupiers brutally tortured a civilian in Nove Zalissia. We found the body next to what once was a russian position. The hands of the deceased were tied with a rope with a fastening through an iron carabiner of the towing cable. It was also wound around the neck of the deceased. Everything indicates that the man was strangled before his death,” Nebytov informed.

According to him, this is the second burial site we have found here.
