This activity is coordinated by officer Maxim Filchenkov of Unit 20, who operates under the cover of an Aeroflot employee.The kremlin continues to use intelligence networks, front companies, and logistical schemes to circumvent sanctions and support the production of weapons used in the war against Ukraine.
