Ukrain’es plane maker Antonov Antonov has started construction of the second An-225 Mriya, known as the world’s biggest aircraft, instead of the one that was destroyed by the russians in Hostomel, bild.de reported.

“The work is being carried out in a secret location. The second An-225 will be provided with both new parts and parts from the damaged aircraft,” General Director of Yevgen Gavrilov said.

The new plane is already 30% complete, the total cost of construction is estimated at EUR 500m, he added.
