A ballistic missile attack hit Kyiv just now with zero early warning, Alex Raufoglu, a RFE/RL’s senior correspondent in Washington, D.C., said in a post, citing Ukrainian sources.
“There was again no early warning about the ballistic attack on Kyiv just now,” he wrote.
Later, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio declined to address reports that Ukraine received no advance warning before russian ballistic missiles struck Kyiv, saying he lacked details about the incident.
