The russian federation “stands for a peaceful settlement,” Speaker of the Federation Council, Valentina Matviyenko was cited as saying by russian media.
Matviyenko invited the Ukrainian parliament to sit down at the negotiating table, stressing that russia allegedly “stands for a peaceful resolution” of what she calls the crisis.
